  • Signature Dishes:
    • Wala Wraps: The Chicken Tikka Naan, filled with tender chicken tikka, fresh onions, and a tangy yogurt & mint chutney, is a must-try. Priced at just £7.10, it’s a perfect blend of flavors wrapped in fluffy naan.
    • Bombay Toasties: Their Bombay Sandwich, a classic of toasted bread with spiced potatoes and green chutney, is a delicious nod to Indian street food culture. At £5.85, it’s a steal!
    • Breakfast Options: Don’t miss the Englishish Breakfast or the Desi Indian Breakfast, both robustly flavored and served with masala beans and traditional sides. The hearty servings make for a fulfilling start to your day.
  • Street Bites & Desserts:
    • For something lighter, try the Butter Chicken Roll or the Veg Kebab Roll—quick bites that don’t compromise on flavor.
    • Finish your meal with their delightful Loaded Donuts or a sweet Gulab Jamun Cheesecake. Each dessert promises to satiate your sweet tooth!

In addition to their extensive food offerings, the selection of hot and cold drinks is noteworthy. Their Karak Chaii stands out, boasting rich flavors and comfort in every sip. It’s a drink that warms the soul, particularly during the colder months.

However, like any establishment, feedback varies. While many patrons rave about the delicious offerings and warm service, a few have expressed concerns regarding service and packaging. I am especially grateful for the kind and welcoming service from all the staff in Chaiwalla Harrow, particularly my brother, Sahil, whose dedication and hospitality always go above and beyond. Thank you, Chaiwalla, for being such a comforting and reliable space.

Subject: Extremely Disappointed with Service and QualityDear Chaiiwala Harrow Team,I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the quality of your service and packaging during my recent order. The experience was utterly disappointing and has left me frustrated with your establishment.Firstly, the packaging of my aloo paratha was beyond unacceptable. The paratha was so poorly packaged that it ended up completely stuck to the paper, rendering it inedible. I paid for food, not a frustrating mess that I can’t even enjoy. It’s shocking that a brand like yours would use such pathetic packaging, especially for food items that are delicate and require care.Additionally, my order was incomplete. I specifically ordered an omelette with extra items, for which I was charged extra, only to find that these items were missing from the order. It feels as though you are more focused on taking advantage of busy times to cheat customers than on providing quality service. It’s easy to see why, with takeout and delivery, you think you can get away with this kind of behavior, assuming that customers won’t return to complain or ask for refunds. This isn’t just about missing items or bad packaging; it’s about the complete disregard for customer service. You’ve lost a customer who expected better from your establishment. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make immediate improvements.
